Silvia Moya, she plays a key role in ensuring patients have a smooth and welcoming experience. Since starting in the dental field in 2011 as a dental assistant, Silvia has grown her expertise in patient care, insurance management, treatment presentation, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. She brings dedication, organization, and a friendly presence to every interaction. Outside of work, Silvia enjoys reading, staying active through workouts, and spending quality time with her two little ones. She also loves exploring new foods and experiencing different cultures through cuisine. Sylvia and Tiffany help create a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for every patient from start to finish. They assist with scheduling, check-in, check-out, treatment coordination, insurance questions, and financial arrangements while helping patients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. Their friendly and caring approach plays a big part in making the SmileVerse experience smooth, positive, and patient-centered.
